DIRECTIONS: Apply liberally to clean, dry skin, especially on sun-exposed areas such as the arms and legs. Gently massage until fully absorbed. Use morning and night for best results. In the morning, reapply every 2 hours when outdoors, or immediately after sweating or towel drying.Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product.
