No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for quality control reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Please note the following key points regarding our No Return Policy:

  1. All Sales Are Final
    Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered final. We are unable to process any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email at shopcolabella.com.au upon receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.

  3. Shipping Costs
    As returns are not accepted, any shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable. In the rare instances that we permit returns, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping fees.

  4. Order Cancellations are subject to 10% processing fee.
    Cancellations can only be requested before your order is shipped, subject to 10% processing fee. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

We encourage our customers to review all product details and descriptions, before making a purchase.

    We take pride in providing high-quality, authentic products sourced from trusted suppliers. However, it’s important to note that the effectiveness of our products may vary from individual to individual due to unique factors such as body chemistry, lifestyle, and personal circumstances.

    If a product does not produce the desired results, it does not mean it is fake or defective. As a result, we do not offer refunds or returns for products deemed ineffective, as outcomes can differ for each person.

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind. Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before completing your transaction.

  • Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at shopcolabella.com.au upon receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

  • Lost/Stolen Parcels: We will not be responsible for any losses that relate to something independent of our business after the goods have left our control. In the event of a parcel confirmed delivered by our courier service and deemed unreceived by the customer due to parcel theft or building management issues we will not refund the parcel.
