Alaxan XTRA is a pain reliever formulated with Ibuprofen 200 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg to help provide fast and longer-lasting relief from common body pains such as muscle pain, rheumatism, sprains, tension headaches, toothaches, and other minor aches and pains.

Product Usage

For adults and children 12 years and above: Take 1 tablet every 6 hours as needed, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.

May be taken with food or milk if stomach upset occurs.

Do not use for more than 10 days unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Important Precautions

Do not use if you are allergic to Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, aspirin, or other anti-inflammatory medicines.

Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, a history of stroke, stomach ulcers, bleeding problems, kidney or liver disease, or if you are taking other medicines.

Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience signs of stomach bleeding such as black stools, vomiting blood, persistent stomach pain, or unusual weakness.

Avoid or limit alcohol consumption while taking this medicine, as Paracetamol may increase the risk of liver damage when combined with alcohol.
